Now on vinyl for the first time! In the 1950's, Paul Motian met pianist Bill Evans in New York City after returning home from the Korean War. From the first moment, a special telepathy developed between the two artists. In 1990, ten years after Evans' death, Motian extended his ensemble for a very personal homage with bassist Marc Johnson, who wrote Jazz history in the last Bill Evans Trio. The magic of this recording unfolds best on analog 180-gram vinyl, cut from the original and remastered.
